Assistant Director of Competitions (TGF)

The Tennessee Golf Foundation (TGF) is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Assistant Director of Competitions. This position is responsible for assisting in the continued development and growth of the Sneds Tour and various other junior golf initiatives across the state. The person in this position will act on behalf of the Tennessee Golf Foundation and report directly to the Director of Competitions.

Tournament Volunteer


Tournament Dates: March - November 2021

Each year the Sneds Tour runs nearly 60, two-day events and 110, one-day events throughout Tennessee. Quality events begin with amazing staff and volunteers. Volunteers play a tremendous role in creating a first-class junior golf experience for participants at all Sneds Tour events. These quality experiences establish lasting impressions on junior golfers and help develop a love for the game that lasts forever.

A variety of opportunities are available for Sneds Tour Tournament Volunteers:
  • Tournament Set-Up
  • On-Site Tournament Registration 
  • Rules Officiating (must have strong knowledge of USGA Rules)
  • Hydration Team
  • Shuttle Driver
  • Spotter
